The sweepstakes is sponsored by Illusion Cafe, Inc (“Sponsor”).
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
THIS CONTEST IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH INSTAGRAM, INC. (“INSTAGRAM”) OR FACEBOOK, INC. (“FACEBOOK”). BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST, YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE PROVIDING YOUR INFORMATION TO SPONSOR AND NOT TO INSTAGRAM.
Starting at 12:00 PM on March 31, 2022 and running through 11:00 PM on April 7, 2022, enter for a chance to win a flatbread retail valued at $12 from the sponsor’s current menu. The final retail value of the prize may be lower than the approximate retail value. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner’s responsibility, including, without limitation, any costs associated with the winner traveling to and from the Illusion Cafe, Inc to receive the prize. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, if applicable. If the final retail value of the prize is less than the approximate retail value, the difference shall not be awarded. Entries that are submitted before 12:00 PM on March 31, 2022 or after 11:00 PM on April 7, 2022 will not be eligible to win. One entry per participant. To participate in Sweepstakes a participant must submit name and email address via a pop up on Sponsor’s website. Three winner will be randomly selected from all entrants at or about 12:00 PM CST on April 9, 2022. Each winner will receive as a prize one(1) flatbread at the Illusion Cafe 659 N Wolf Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016 (dine-in only), including sales tax , during regular operating hours. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. The winner will be notified by email at or about 12:00 PM CST on April 9, 2022. The winners must respond and accept the prize by email no later than 12:00PM CST on April 16, 2022. The winner must pick up the appetizer in person from our location at 659 N Wolf Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016 no later then 12:00PM CST on April 31, 2022. The flatbread is not eligible for delivery. Sponsor will provide all necessary details for appetizer pick up . The winner may also be announced on Sponsor’s Web Site. You are providing your information to Illusion Cafe, Inc (“Sponsor”). Open to legal U.S. residents 18years-of-age or older. Void in New York, Florida and where prohibited. Employees of Sponsor, Illusion Cafe, Inc., their respective agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible.
If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of computer virus, bug, system malfunction, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, fire, flood, storm or other natural cataclysm, riot, strike, civil commotion, governmental regulation or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which, in its sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and conduct the Sweepstakes selecting the prize winner from among all eligible entries received prior to the action taken by Sponsor or otherwise in a manner which is fair, equitable and in accordance with these Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. No prize substitutions allowed and no cash alternatives are available. Prizes are non-transferable. Prizes do not include alcoholic beverages. By participating, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules and all decisions by Sponsor. By participating in the sweepstakes and accepting prizes, winners agree to release Sponsor, Illusion Cafe , Inc., and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, and/or misuse of any prize or participation in this promotion or in prize-related activities. Winner acknowledges that neither Sponsor nor its agents have made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize.
